WordPress has evolved from what was once primarily a blogging tool to a premier Content Management System (CMS) and is used on millions of sites worldwide. We have been using it exclusively for the last two to three years even though some think it only for amateurs.
After using html with an editor called Arachnophilia and ftp for so many years, WordPress is a breeze. There are literally thousands of themes available but we have settled on 2-3 and only vary for specialty sites that cater to a particular market.
